Do you have a recipe for quinoa salad?
I have whole-grain pasta but not ingredients for meatballs.
Would it be wrong to make pasta with fish?
I have all these notions about which sides go with which mains.

or use whatever veggies you have on hand for your salad. I love quinoa served this way with veggies and a lemon/olive oil/garlic/s&p seasoning.
fish over angel food pasta could work. especially if it's whole grain
