I am in need of a new cutting board. Which type is the overall best to get? Wood? Bamboo? Plastic? Glass?
I always used plastic, but they tend to hold on to onion and chicken smells, and get really yucky after a short time.
TIA!

I get plastic, and I replace mine several times a year.

Glass dulls the knife when you cut on it.
