Can someone please post the tomato sauce recipe that accompanies the gefilte fish wrapped in pastry dough?
I saw it in last week's Bina, but misplaced it. Thank you!

Tomato Letcho Sauce
Ingredients: 1 onion, diced
1 red or yellow pepper, diced
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 C water
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
black pepper
onion powder
1 T. sugar
oil for frying
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet and saute the onions until golden. Add the peppers and continue to saute until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over or under the puffed fish, at room temperature.
