So thank God, my DH was given a raise in salary for this year.
What can I do to show him how proud I am of him? I kind of blew it when he told me about it last night. I don't think he was happy with my response, and I already apologized for how I reacted and told him how proud I am, etc.
I was already thinking of card.... but what else?

How did you respond?
Maybe just a cake or a new tie? Men don't usually like when women "overreact", in their opinion.

We had known he would be getting a significant raise, so we were expecting it. It was not as significant as originally planned. Yes, I am thrilled to be getting any more money and I am very proud of him because I KNOW he is very dedicated and works very hard. However, that said, after the initial excitement - I immediately said something like 'So, I still have to work full time?' Or something along those lines... Then started to talking about my bad work situation. Yes, I suck.  I would LOVE to make up for my reaction somehow.
Maybe I'll bake him some cookies or something. I don't usually bake and he loves homemade baked goods.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh, I totally I understand your reaction - I would have said the same thing, and have in different situations, then wish I could take it back! Yeah, probably something homemade would be best. Or something he can use/wear at work.
