My dd is not an easy kid. Lovable but challenging. Her teacher this yr has put forth
more then any teacher I have ever seen.
I really want to express major gratitude and appreciation.
I live in Israel and finances is tight but I am determined
to give something really really nice
How much is "normal"? !00 nis Plus a gift?
200 nis?
I really have no idea. Plus I don't know what kind of gift.

Being that she is a kollel wife I imagine a plant would be superfluousness. On the other hand maybe this is a way to give her something she would never get because it is an extra.I don't know what she likes either. Is is tacky to give money? Yet even that I feel looks impersonal when she deserves so much Hakaras Hatov
