Dh wants to try and alternate his exercise with pilates for men since he is having some back problems and heard pilates will be better for him.

Is there any dvd out there that has pilates for men by men so there is no tzniyus issues? TIA

Gilad's Men of Steel, but they might just be available on vhs tapes. They're pretty old. DH has 4 of them.
