Both sweets and chips are off my diet. But I do know what you mean. I find if I even eat a sweet tasting food (that is on my diet), it brings a craving for just more food in general. But eating a salty food, usually satisfies me. I can eat like 15 olives for a snack, and I'm fine. If I eat a bowl of diet jello, forget it, I need more....more sweets, more anything.
