Baltimore- any chassidim?

I am looking for information on Baltimore....
Here is some background information so perhaps someone can help me figure out if we'd fit in there.
DH and I grew up Chassidish in Boro Park; right now we have no affiliation but DH does wear a shtreimel and bekeshe.
We are 'open chassidish' in other words, read secular books, college educated, etc.
We lived in passaic for a while, and loved the community there; however, at the time, DH was one of 3 ppl who was chassidish and we stuck out quite a bit. The ppl were very warm, don't get me wrong, but DH had no place to daven, no school for the kids, etc.
Right now we live in Lakewood, but we'd like to move for various reasons.
Someone in my family mentioned Baltimore, but I have no idea if there is any sort of Chassidish or Heimish community there at all?
What kind of ppl live there? What sorts of shuls, schools are there?
I'm looking for a warm, open and friendly place to live- is that what Baltimore is? Or has it grown so big that its a mini Boro Park (which I do not like.)
I'd appreciate any information!
