So everyone always complains of stomach ailments from eating matzah. After suffering for the past two days I am trying to figure out why the matzah is so hard on my digestive system

I guess there is obviously more wheat/grain per bite than by eating challah or bread. Do they use regular flour for matzah. Or is the flour processed differently.

Has anyone has any better experience with another type if matzah oat spelt etc!

you can try spelt but it most likely isn't any different on the stomach

I guess it's because it's like cardboard you know, hard, and it gives constipation, so if your bowels lean to that, avoid eating matzah.

KLP matza is whole wheat so it has more fiber than challah.

Just drink gallons of water!
