Which chores do you NEVER do when kids are around/home?
Which chores do you try not to do when they are there?
Which chores have you found to be the easiest to do when kids are home and underfoot?
For me: I NEVER iron when I have more than one child home or awake. Too scary.
I try not to shop or organize when they are home, but if need be, I would do it.
I love washing dishes and folding laundry when they are around. It seems to take faster and they sometimes "help" or just play around me nicely. We can talk too.

I can organize the toy closet with the kids around.
While kids are getting into pajamas, I can straighten up their closets.
I do gardening with the kids, but I try to do that only towards end of the day closer to shower time, they get very dirty.
I can bake with my kids, I have an island counter, so I stand on one side, my kids line up on the other side, and we work across from each other.

Yeah, I forgot about cooking and baking. I do those too with the kids.
Packing away toys only happens at the end of the toy.
Organizing with kids? Too difficult for me.

Call me crazy but I don't start bedtime until the house is spotless. I do all chores when they are still up. I do that because bedtime can take a while and I don't need the pressure on my head to do things when bedtimes finally complete. Of course I try to do things when they are not home yet like supper or other things if I can.....
