What can I get my friends daughter for her bas mitzvah? They are bh well off and have pretty much anything they want or need. Any ideas? budget is $100

Depends what she is into. Would she enjoy making challah? Maybe buy her a challah cookbook/info book, a big bowl for dough with the cover, utensils, apron, etc. See if her mother would want that for her as well.
My daughter received a hot pink leather binded siddur with a zipper all around so the edges stay nice. If they have a set of machzorim like that, that might be a good idea.
Depends what she has already. Does she need a good purse/messenger bag?
Set of nice books. Does she love reading? My daughter loves the kids speak books and reads them over and over again.

Sometimes the gift doesn't have to be Jewish. It can be just a nice nice art set or a cool science kit, depending on what she's into.
