I just soaked some dried black beans in the hope of making dinner with them, but I won't have the time to cook them before dinner. Can they be stored in the fridge until Sunday, should I cook and freeze the dish (black beans, with peppers, onions, spices for beans and rice) or does anyone have a shabbas side they could recommend to use them in?
TIA
