I am looking for the scale to go down 10 pounds (will feel much happier-even though I am skinny now and fit)
I was told by a nutritionist to cut out sugar but I feel like everything has sugar and I cook with a lot of sugar or sauces. she didn't really give me options/recipes/ideas of things to eat for each meal and snack and feel kinda hopeless and can't do it cuz dont know what to make/eat.
any tips/advice/ideas/snacks, mains, recpes/sides.. would be greatly appreciated
