Can young kids (under the age of 3 wear leather shoes? We don't have crocks for them :/

Canvas sneakers will work, or in a pinch, double layers of socks (hopefully it's not raining). Even bedroom slippers will work.

My question was
Are young kids (under 3) allowed to wear leather Shoes.

My kids only have one pair of shoes each they are leather. They do not have sneakers, slippers, house shoes, crocks, anything.
