Anyone know where I can get a Rav Kav in or near Kiryat Sefer?

You can get a Superbus Rav Kav at the Superbus office. It's right on Chofetz Chaim, between Netivot Hamishpat and Mesilat Yosef. It's in a little alleyway, on the right.

I thought it was all one rav kav, that you just put different companies' money on. Do you need separte cards for diff companies

I have no idea. I think the Superbus Rav Kav is only for Superbus.
