5 bone flanken, marrow bones, knee bones, gizzards, potatoes navy beans, barley, water, paprika, salt, crushed red pepper, and cumin. If I run out of water I add chicken soup to the mix. Sometimes I add kishke, smoked turkey drumstick and kielbasa
