I am making a party and need to prepare both dairy and pareve dishes for those who are intollerant. I will be making baked ziti upon request and I am looking for an equally filling pareve dish.
Any ideas please?

oh - I thought of another one - I know someone who makes this for shabbos - it's really yummy. you mix pasta with olive oil, tuna fish, chopped tomatoes/cherry tomatoes, capers, and basil. filling and delicious!

Very similar to smss's recipe -
sauté garlic, onion, zucchini, chopped tomatoes, and some olive halves in olive oil. Add some spices - I like oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and a little bit of nutmeg. Add in pasta.
So tasty!

You can do any sautéed vegetables with spices and mix with cooked pasta.
You can do pasta and cabbage.

Maybe a recipe with Israeli couscous.
I like to make it either curried, with craisins, or with mushroom, onion, other veggies, and pepper and spice.
