I was also about to mention Rechovot. Easy peasy commute to TA, either via train and lots of people seems to be sharing rides. Is chatam the same as Berman shul as I thought that was the main anglo community?
I also thought of Yad Binyamina, which is not that far from Rechovot and with good Highway access. Seems to be attracting many young anglo families, yeshivish types (at least people I know).

Mrs. bissli-chatam and bermans are 2 different shuls. chatam attracts more of a yeshivish crowd and berman attracts more of a MO crowd (obviously exceptions at each place!)
