I'm searching for leather or suede dress boots that are 100% waterproof - I'm prone to frostbite.
I saw some nice ones online but, a. They're pricey, was hoping to spend about $80, tops $120 for something really awesome. b. I don't know if the boots I see are truly 100% waterproof as they claim. Can someone help me? TIA

Check out this link, I was also looking into this. There is also a 25-30% off now. AFAIK this is the only nice waterproof boots there are.

Thank you. Checked them out now. The styles I like aren't available in my size anymore

I basically ordered all the waterproof boots in styles I liked off of zappos, and tried them on until I found one I liked, then sent the rest back. It was much easier than constantly shopping/searching!
