I've read about this new thing where hair can be added to wigs? How?? Anyone care to share?

New hair is "sewn" into the sheitel.
My sheitelmacher had her wig "renewed" that way, making it like to her tush. It was very expensive.
She says there are two ways, sewing, or kind of extensions, that last less long.

They add a hair, I think its called a weft. Its good to fix a bald spot.

Edited to add that I had a wig made longer by adding hair. I would never do it again. It was not added in a smooth way and it looks awful.
