I really thought it was just MY generation and younger that were flakey with this business of manners and etiquette. Here I am making a surprise party for my mom and finding out the 60-something crowd is no better.
I sent evites for crying out loud! You don't even need to find a pen, or lick an envelope, walk to a mailbox or even pick up a phone! Just click YES or NO!!! Why is this hard?????
Every time I make a party I am having to hunt people down. I thought this time would be different. So annoyed. I really love planning parties EXCEPT for this part!

I could not agree with you more!!!! People are simply oblivious to what you need to do to plan a party and how important it is to have accurate numbers. I admit I am late sometimes but at least I apologize profusely. It is incredibly rude!
