Whats a "V" part that Clary does on Sheitels to keep hair off the face? Is it effective? Clary charges about $25. Does anyone else do it?

Could they be doing this? It basically is a v shape piece missing from the wig where your natural hair shows?
I hope it's just a special part that magically keeps the hair off the face.
