My baby will be about 1 month at Purim time, my first. Can I get a costume for her? Do they make costumes for such tiny babies? Also will I be able to go out with her or she'll still be young to be around crowds?
Thanks!

Maybe get a cute stretchy for her that has a saying or picture that is funny. Most costumes are uncomfortable, unless it is a stretchy that is the costume.
bunting costumes do not go in and out of car seats safely.
I think you can visit a few family and friends, or have people stop by you which is easier.
I also think you can go to the meal somewhere, maybe they would even have a safe, quiet, warm room you can place the baby to nap while you are there.

She most definitely won't know or care, and most probably will not smile for pictures. Enjoy her as herself this Purim. You'll have plenty of Purims to dress her up.

there def are costumes that size. google costume size newborn or size 0-3mo. but please dont go overboard with it (costume, theme etc)
you could take her out tho I would avoid very large indoor crowds and being around a lot of drunks.

OP. Thanks girls . I do like the bunny hat and stretchy idea seems like a good compromise.

Oh, there are the most adorable stretchies you can get that have a tutu inbuilt.
I found this with a quick search:
http://us.nextdirect.com/en/x532900s2
It has wings on the back too!
ETA: You can also make a tutu easily, to go over a stretchy. But with a newborn, I doubt you'll have time.
