Do you drive an inexpensive, car with good safe ratings that have four wheel drive and not just front wheel drive that is not an SUV, that can easily drive over snow and get in and out of snow filled spots easily? Which ones are there?

If I remember correctly from an article I recently read, I believe that Hyundai has the highest customer satisfaction, and they have decent cars for good rates.

I keep hearing that Subaru commercial on the radio.
Maybe look into that brand.

It's a great brand with good strong cars, but not exactly cheap

I heard subaru too, but it isn't 4wd it's all wheel drive, which isn't as good? Does anyone have any experience with all wheel drive versus 4 wheel drive? How do they compare on snow/ice?

I have the Honda CRV, and it drives great in the snow. I think its an all wheel drive, but I dont really know the difference between all wheel and 4 wheel drive. I also love that its not a huge car so you dont feel like your driving a truck.

Isn't a CRV an SUV?

I still prefer a sedan.
Which other cars have four wheel drive and all wheel drive cars?

Did you check any of GM's cars? I know their SUVs has great snow traction, perhaps some of their sedans do, too.
