There is someone named avishag who is above the Jerusalem pool on emek who does waxing and is very good.
But for just a lip wax just go anywhere.

Sister: are Ran and Amir or Christina reasonably priced places for a haircut and lip wax? Sounds like the last place would be not what a teen is looking for (or her parents, who are paying!).
Peanut2: teen is overwhelmed and confused by the number of places......Does Avishag also cut hair?
