Sounds crazy but the best is to use Lansinoh nipple cream. Between carpools recently made a post about it and I tried it and it really worked!! BH

Blistex white ointment tube
Put on every evening before bed and every morning after brushing teeth (leave on until time for lipstick- then take off)
If needed, when your lips are wet in the shower, exfoliate your lips gently with a clean dry washcloth (in the shower)
Will leave you with soft supple lips
