Can I buy ready chopped Pistachios or need to chop it myself?

I've seen them shelled - but not chopped ... use a cutting board & a santoku knife [that keeps your fingers off the block]

I'm op. Didn't see them shelled either. Few people told me that bakers choice has but didn't see in my grocery. I guess will check other ones too.

trader joes sells them shelled. Or you can get them shelled on ohnuts.com

Then just give them a quick whirr in a food processor.
