What would be a nice and appreciated gift for a real estate agent who is making a very low commission and had to put in a lot of time into our purchase? She is frum and lives semi out of town whereas I have access to more in town things.
A nice fruit platter? Bakery something? I don't know.
Should I bring food to closing? RE broker, mortgage broker, and our lawyer are frum. Sellers will not be there and their lawyer is not frum. It is for the afternoon. What should I bring?
