What can you tell me about these townhomes? The guy I spoke with said its only frum families and its in a good area. Anyone?

It is a lovely community with lots of really nice families. It is not the best area of baltimore. Not the very worst but there have been some break ins.

Unfortunately, even in the "better" areas of Baltimore, there have been break-ins recently too

Tomorrow morning my in-laws are going over to see the place. Weve already been very close to signing a lease on a rental house and then have our hearts broken so we aren't getting her hopes up. But I would really love this want to work out because it seems like it's perfect for my family. Please everybody take a minute and daven that this one works out for us. And as my thanks, as soon as we get settled I'll invite everyone over for fresh cookies!!!
