Please let me know of a name and number of a place that will deliver prepared nice shaloch manos for us in Cleveland.

I'm not sure if they'll deliver (although I think it pretty likely that you could get Jacob's to do it), but I did see prepared baskets at two places:
Jacob's Judaica - 216-321-7200
Unger's Kosher Market - 216-321-7176
You could also try Chocolate Emporium (haven't been there in a while, but I imagine that they've put together baskets also - and their presentation and candy are beautiful) - 216-382-0140

Mosdos Ohr HaTorah sends out baskets and proceeds go to the yeshiva (216) 382-6248 call asap cause they only have few left

I doubt it.... or at least I hope it wasn't you as it was sent to someone who unfortunately is in Cleveland for serious medical procedures.....

No it wasn't me then - but I wonder if I met one of their relatives in shul - everything should be well Refuah Sheleima!!!
