OMG I know exactly who you are, because only one door has been sold this week to one set of parents of an Imamother member in one of dozens of countries - so its lucky you stayed anon - smart move

How long?
there's time Sefardic thing people used to (?) say before leaving home
Ozhos buenos ke mos veyan ir,
Ozhos buenos ke mos veyan venir. Amen.
Saludados y buenos ke vayamos,
Saludados y buenos ke vengamos. Amen.
When coming back:
Toda, Patron del mundo, ke venimos a case, con todo djusto y bueno. Amen.

argh, Ladino to English... will try, here is the ikkar
May good eyes see us go
May good eyes see us come.
May those who go be healthy and good
May those who come be healthy and good
Thank you Lord of the world that we came home with everything right and good
Someone should check my understanding and translation of verbs, I always mix some up. I never learned formally Ladino, only through my grandmother...
