I'm having a hard time dressing for my body. I recently (a few months ago) had my first baby and my body is different. I'm within 5 lbs of my original weight, it's just different.
I am nursing and I am size 32K. My waist is 32 and my hips are 45 inches. I'm pretty tall. I want to minimize my chest and I don't want to wear things that are too form fitting but most of my tops, which are large enough to drape over my chest are a 2X and make me look fat everywhere because the only thing that is anywhere near thin is my waist. Also, my stomach isn't big, it's just kind of saggy so I don't want anyone looking in that direction or at my hips. Basically, I don't want anyone looking right now.
What should I wear?

At this point, I would seriously consider having a seamstress alter your clothes. Buy things that fit in the chest that can be altered downwards so that you don't have inches of extra material around your waist.

In this situation, I wore wests and light knitted sleeveless thingies that were not warm, but draped over the body to conceal or smooth out the shape. This was even tight tops looked modest.
Kinda like this
