I know a lot about "what to do to lose weight" my problem is that I usually have to go at it alone.
I was wondering if there was someone out there similar to me who would like to buddy up with me. We can support each other, share recipes/workout ideas and just be there for encouragement.
I am a mom
26 years old
I want to lose 30-40 lbs
Anyone?
