Please recommend a strong lightweight adult woman's bike for city streets that will be carried up and down a long flight of stairs daily. Also looking for best helmet. I live OOT in the USA.
Please explain the pros and cons of your bike purchase experience as well as price point. . TIA.

I do not have one, but my local bike shop carries Dahon folding bikes for commuters that are supposed to be lightweight. However, be aware they are pricey!
