Is it "fashionably wrong" to wear black tights (sheer or opaque) in the summer during the day?
If it is- does that mean only nude colored the entire season?

totally & extremely fashionable wrong!
WRONG!WRONG!WRONG! 
for a simcha in the summer you can wear VERY thin Black tights but nude colors are the right thing to do!
