Someone please help me! I'm done cooking the meats and wanted to start on the side dishes. My brain has passed the functioning point eons ago and I can't think of anything to make.

I seem to remember that there was a thread about non-gebrokts side dishes, although I've looked and couldn't find it. If you have a moment and know where it is, please be so kind as to post the link.

noone knows where this is? what will I make? I already made 3 kugels - I need some other ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know the link but if you check under Pesach it might be there. or under the recipes under the yom tov section.

there's always roasted vegis. or mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes

We m ake some salads that we make all year:

Greens with orange and nuts
Greens with mango and strawberries
Regular green salad with purple cabbage, red onion, grated carrots.

The cooked side dishes are:

Ratatoulli
tsimmes - can be frozen
sweet ptoato pie - can be frozen
zucchini kugel - can be frozen

Of course you can mash or fry potatos.
