I received for Chanukah a beautiful Flavored Olive Oil collection with three flavored oils - basil, lemon and hot pepper. I am looking for suggestions on what to do with these flavored oils - are they for dressing salads or for cooking? Any ideas you can give me would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

I love those oils. Here are a few things I do with them:
Lemon - drizzle over humous, use on green or any salad that calls for lemon along with olive oil in the dressing.
Basil/garlic - drizzle over pizza before baking, use in tomato sauce, add to pumpkin/carrot soup, use in pasta salad, drizzle over salmon before baking.
Hot pepper - use in anything that calls for heat along with olive oil: salads, humous etc.
In general when I use these oils in a hot dish I try to add it at the end of cooking to retain the flavor of the oil.
Enjoy!
