What can I give to my friend who's single and turning 28? She appreciates nice things like a nice bag, jewelry, makeup...up to $50 about?

I love giving and getting gift certificates for a pedicure or manicure. Also a nice pair of earrings - especially if you can find some that are a little unusual but simple. Doesn't have to be expensive.
