Does anyone have any experience with IPL (not laser) for hair removal? How many sessions are necessary? What are the results like?

I did ipl for about 6 months, didnt work for me.I changed to laser, results were much faster. I feel like ipl was a waste of money and time.

I have a small machine at home. It isnt perfect, but my legs def look much better. By the end of the day I used to have to shave again, to not see anything. Now its much better. I have a lot less hair and can go a few days easily without. I need to do a few more treatments, and assume it will get even better. It does tend to work best with dark hair, which I have.
