What is it good for when it comes to Pesach cooking?
Any good desserts I can make with it?

I make cream soups, pesto, avocado dressing, dips, mince garlic and ginger in large amounts in advance...

you can make your own mayonnaise. Probably ice cream too if it's big enough.
