My 4 year old got the chicken pox and she is very itchy.
I do whatever you supposed to but she still up at night because it bothers her.
Have you got any remedies and tricks which worked well.
My concerns is also how will we manage over shabbos?
I won't be able to bath her to soothe the itchiness and it's harder for her and me to be up the whole Friday night then weekdays.
What can I do to make it easier for her over shabbos?

Talk to your rav about the bath. The rules can be different for children. You may be able to put her in a bath- fill it with some cold water, add hot water from the urn, and she has a warm bath to sit in.
Calamine lotion on the pox- you can dot it on on Shabbos. Comfy clothes; a nightgown is good, with no waistband, so it's loose. If she is scratching a lot, then close fitting pajamas, long sleeve and long pants. Teach her to hit/slap/tap the pox instead of scratching.
Also, children's zyrtec to reduce the itch. If benadryl makes her sleepy and is well tolerated, you can give her some of that instead, before bedtime, according to whatever dose your doctor tells you.
Refuah sheleimah!
