Don't know if there's a mehadrin one in the shook, you can go down the block on Agrippas to Berman bakery or walk down to town to rimon

I didn't see OP specify that it has to be mehadrin. I wouldn't recommend Berman as a restaurant. There are several nice restaurants in/around the shuk. Sima's (on Agrippas) IS mehadrin (Beis Yosef, or maybe Machpud I think). There are a couple of fish 'n chips places. There's an Aroma. There's a Cofizz (not lovely but cheap). There are a *lot* of boutique holes-in-the wall that I've never gone into but look interesting.

If you want chalavi - Trattoria shel Haba - on Jaffo road at the Shuk. mehadrin and you can sit upstairs for more peace and quiet or outside at the back . I love it.

Or I hear good things about Beer Bazaar (who also do food)
There is a great fish and chips too.
