Go to Etsy, and look for customized gifts. You can get cool jewelry, monogrammed items, all kinds of stuff. If you have a few weeks to plan ahead and order, I'm sure you'll find something unique. If you add a birthstone to the item, it's even better!

Do an extra like:
Doufle bag with matching brush and flip flops with her name on each piece or
Bath robe with her name on it or
Earings a girl can't have enough or
Instant camera so much fun for sleepovers or
Pink machzorim with her name on it
All of these presents my daughter loved.
