In the winter I practically live in my black corduroy skirt and it has seen better days. I would love to replace it but I'm having trouble finding another one. Maybe some of you know of places to look that I haven't already considered.
Specifications:
1. Black
2. I prefer knee length, but I'm short so just above the knee for many people would probably be long enough for me and I can cut down a long skirt if it's not too flary.
3. Plus size, not just XL
4. Not too much material, preferably a slight A-line or pencil skirt
5. I prefer corduroy, but at this point I would take any material that would keep me warm and is washable (no dry cleaning!)
6. Decent quality that will hold up to frequent wearing and washing and being grabbed by grubby little hands
TIA!

Maybe you can take your old skirt to a seamstress and have her sew the same thing again

I've seen a lot of mock suede skirts this season in the Jewish stores. They are both warm and washable.
