Hi. I'm visiting Israel with my family (w/dh and 3 adult children) and we want to go to Machtesh Ramon. We plan to drive there, arrive fairly early in the day, sleep over, and then return to Jerusalem.
I've been ready all about things to do there and find it a bit confusing. Are there guided tours from the visitors center, or must one find a privste guide? Any other info, including your experiences, places to lodge or suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks.
