I cannot for the life of me find pants for my husband. He wants size 29x30 (if there is such thing as 28x30, that would be even better) that are dressy slacks with a pleated front. He also doesn't want me to spend more than 50$ a pair. Also, they must be iron free/wrinkle free HELP!

Try stores geared to younger men -- Express, Banana Republic, H&M. They'll have the size, but maybe not pleated. At his size, he's likely to look better in plain front.

I totally agree he'll look better in flat. It's a trying-not-to-be-cool thing.

sometimes you can luck out at tjmaxx or marshall's for $15 - $20 ... especially because so few wear that size ... although you might need to hem them [can't have everything ya know]
