I saw in hamodia -that's an idea, the tip about garlic and salt for people with insomnia.
Unfortunately I don't have the newspaper anymore.
Can anyone tell me what I have to do, like how much garlic or salt... ?
And can I do it for children too?
Anyone had experience with using that tip?

That tip was geared specifically for children, but since I was suffering from insomnia I tried it on myself. Didn't help me at all, but it's harmless, you got nothing to lose so I say go for it. Peel 4-5 cloves garlic, put in a plastic bag, sprinkle some salt on it. Tie bag securely. Place it under the pillow. That's it. Change the garlic when it turns black. I hope it helps you!

AFAIK you need to cut the garlic into small pieces too. It's worked for lots of people I know, including a man with depression who has sleep trouble, and an older women with insomnia.
