Hope to get away for 2 days shortly and I'm looking for any info on any east coast beautiful vacation spots. Here's the criteria it must meet.
East coast
Beach or harbour
Zika free
We wont be there shaboss andvdont need kosher food , we'll just take along.
Also we uope to visit Niagara with our children this summer so thats not an option.
I've concidered south Carolina and cape cod but id love first hand experience info.

We loved the outerbanks in North Carolina. It's amazing, lots to do and very clean. People are also not trashy like they are on the Jersey shore.

If 2 days includes travel time, I wouldn't want to go too far and waste most of my time in transit. Cape Cod is lovely, and definitely easy to find a private beach this time of year, though check the weather. You could also try the Hamptons pre-Memorial Day, when it gets much more crowded and expensive. Also check out Block Island - not so well known and you must take a boat to get there, but a great 2-day getaway!
