I see everyone around me wearing casual stretchy dresses for every day. everywhere I look people are pulling off the casual dress look. I ordered 7 diff styles from amazon but every single dress makes me feel like a little girl. all of the swingy styles like this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....sktop
make me feel very stupid and young. like I am swishing around in a little girl dress. also I am tall so I dont have a younger look like someone shorter. dresses just look funny on me.
the gathered waist dresses like this
https://www.amazon.com/Iconic-.....W5F0V
dont work because the waist is very high and I have a very big chest so the waist hits right below my big chest like empire style and also accentuates how large I am.
the bubble hem dress like this
https://www.amazon.com/Pastel-.....W5F0V
looks ok but do people actually wear that style? the little u shaped bubbles on either side stick out.
so how is everyone wearing such cute dresses ? what do you wear if your tall and have a big chest? I really want to wear dresses!

if you have a very big chest, its unlikely you look like a little girl in anything that you wear. How you feel - that's not something I can help you with.

1st and 3rd aren't flattering on basically anyone.
second is very cute.
get somthing like this https://www.mycentsofstyle.com.....dress
and take in the sides.
the dress needs to have some structure and style to look adult-ish

just to clarify I dont feel little girlish in straight styles or sheath dresses and I wear those no problem. but they arent very comfy for every day. its the swingy or flared dresses . the gathered waist looks (and feels) good except for the bust issue. any dresses with lower waists that arent so high?

The baby o dresses are extremely comfortable and flattering. You can search for them on amazon. Also most frum clothing stores carry casual dresses these days so you can try on several styles and compare. Good luck!

I too have not yet found a dress that didn't either male me look like a misshapen juvenile or prairie girl from the 1800s. I've given up.

I'm short, flat-chested, and a little bit fat, so I LOVE high-waisted fit and flare dresses. They give me a figure.
If you're skinny enough to wear sheath dresses, why not wear them? They look so sophisticated.

Neck scarf. With the right bag and shoes. But only with clean look dresses. Not high waisted or flouncy.

I'm chubby and extremely short waisted and can't ever wear a ready made dress with a waist.I own exactly one dress and it's a straight column from shoulder to hem.
The styles you describe are very juvenile. You have to accept that certain styles are not for you and concentrate on the styles that flatter.

I'm confused. The baby o midi dresses are not waisted at all. Maybe we are referring to two different styles.

I agree with adding a scarf or interesting necklace or earrings to add a little sophistication.
These dresses are very comfortable, esp if it is hot and sticky outside, as they just skim over the body. But I agree they tend to look a bit childish.
Ultimately, not every style is flattering on every woman.
If these dresses don't work for you, wait this trend out.

These have had a following for a while in Israel. Here women seem more willing to experiment with different shapes (for better or for worse). Not sure how styles trend where you live. It's definitely a different silhouette.

Great dresses but alas none good for nursing. I judge all dresses by how easy they are to nurse in atm lol.
OP, I don't see how you can possibly look like a little girl being tall with a big chest.
Also, outside of a work situation, what is wrong with looking younger or more girly than your years?

Personally, I find necklaces and scarves cumbersome and would prefer to look a bit girly and less sophisticated than wear accessories.
