When moshiach comes, will we return to the dark ages in terms of technology? Will we have electricity? Phones? Etc?
Or go back to the old ways?

Why on earth wouldn't we have technology?
What I want to know, is will Eretz Yisroel stop having heat waves?

For sure. It says that in the times of Mashiach the world will return to how it was before the flood, and the weather will always be pleasant and spring like.

LOL it ld sure make you and me daven that much harder for mashiach!!! (as I listen to the drilling of my downstairs neighbor's AC being installed.....)
